Sprint Workshop: On Your Marks, Get Set, GO!

๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐ŸŽ‰ What an incredible sprint workshop we had today! ๐ŸŽ‰๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ

It was the second workshop in our series, following the successful race-walking workshop we held in March. We're delighted to see the continued enthusiasm and dedication of our young athletes, ranging in age from 10 to 15 years old.

Our participants actively engaged in the workshop, taking part in dynamic warm-ups and focusing on refining their starting techniques. They also actively engaged in small discussions, sharing insights and demonstrating their understanding of various warm-up techniques. Not to mention, they made new friends, set personal goals, and gained valuable knowledge about proper warm-up and training.

A special shout-out to three exceptional athletes, Samuel, Zen Ying, and Lohshini, from our own club who led the warm-up and guided the students in practicing their starting block techniques. It was truly heartwarming to witness their eagerness and commitment to taking on leadership roles. Even though their growth as leaders came from their consistent training and participation in our camps throughout the year, it was inspiring to witness their willingness to help and lead during the workshop.

To all the participants of our 5-hour workshop, we want to say a big thank you for joining us and making the day truly special. Your enthusiasm and active participation made the workshop a memorable experience. Although we may not meet again in the future, we will cherish the time we spent together and the things we learned. Thank you for joining and we wish you all the best in everything you do.

To all the parents, we too want to thank you for allowing us to be part of your children's athletic journey. Together, we are building a community of young athletes who are dedicated to the sport.

Keep an eye out for more exciting workshops and events in the future. Let's continue running toward success!
