Pavilion Pilates – Malaysia's No. 1 Clinical Pilates Studio
We are happy to share a good news with you! Our biggest sponsor, Pavilion Pilates, is sponsoring our Sukma athletes their Total Body Resistance (TRX) (worth RM60/class) and Pilates (worth RM170/class) training starting from June until Sukma takes place this September. Inspired by Joseph Pilates, Pavilion Pilates offers the Pilates Method to help those suffering from musculoskeletal injuries, low back pain, scoliosis, and neurological conditions and provides small group training as well. Their training has helped many clients including our head coach, Coach KJ, to achieve their fitness and wellness goals.
TRX is a bodyweight strength training that builds strength, balance, flexibility, and joint stability. Pilates is known as a lower impact exercise that reduces injuries and speeds up recovery, a great exercise that will not place the body under further stress while strengthening the important core stabilising muscle.
These two training are excellent choices of complementary training that assure a continuously optimized performance by building the strength our athletes need to run faster, stronger, and longer.
