Service Description

Build and strengthen basic motor skills with this session. We'll focus on basic running exercises that improve overall fitness, body coordination, balance, and flexibility. Basic equipment such as mini hurdles, cones, and ladder will be provided. Athlete who wishes to advance to Kids' Athletics B shall request to take the assessment test with the coach. Assessment includes: - able to perform warm up on their own (independently) - master all warm up exercises - master all warm up running drills - able to take simple and basic instruction - Basic instruction listening and understanding skill For more info, please read our faq.
