Finally, after a long lockdown, non-contact sport such as running can resume in open spaces within neighbourhood areas. Let's pick up a new sport and learn how to run correctly by joining the physical training and/or online strength training with us.

Online Strength Training (Via Zoom)

Every Monday (8PM)

04/10/2021  : Posture Strength

11/10/2021  : Abdominal Strength

18/10/ 2021 : Lower Body Strength

25/10/2021  : Upper Body Strength

**Open for everyone

Physical Training Session (Meeting point house No. 2)

Every Friday (8PM)

08/10/2021  : Intro to running + Tempo Run + 400m test run

15/10/2021  : Pace Run

22/10/ 2021 : Speed and accerelation

29/10/2021  : 400m test run

**Only open to 6 fully vaccinated individuals
