What should you wear

Wear clothes that allow you to run/roll/jump and wear sport shoes. 

** Please bring towel or extra shirt to change.

Number of participant

Minumum 6 and maximum 12 persons.

*The management reserves the right to cancel any group sessions if the minimum number of participants is less than 4 or due to bad weather.
